STR:
1. Download zip file and open "Search Form (Select Test).html"
2. Select "Disabled Items Over" 40 Items
Expected Result:
The list should be searchable
Actual Result:
The list is not searchable
I can reproduce this on Win 10 machine & Touchscreen Laptop, Ubuntu 16.04, & Mac 10.12
It seems like the search function is triggered by the active items. If the active items is below 40, the search function is not enabled.

The select search takes into account disabled items, however I believe the threshold for search is technically 41 elements, IE there has to be more than 40 elements for search to appear. If you add another disabled element to that dropdown, the search appears.

Thank you Jared. You are correct. I was under the impression that the search was triggered by 40 or more but it is greater than 40. I will close this bug as invalid and alter my test cases.
