All (or nearly all) CORS related web-platform tests for track-element were disabled by bug 973384:
https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/876e2bc7fc06
and some of them should be able to re-enable and change to "EXPECTED PASS"
given that bug 1313711 and bug 973384 have been fixed.

Any chance to get these tests re-enabled / have a try-run? It'd be nice to know if there's broken tests explaining a CORS-related video caption issue I've had to work around and I wouldn't be surprised fission could introduce more issues in that regard...
