1337293 - Fade out tab label looks blurry / bold on Windows

On Windows (not on Ubuntu 16.04) on faded out tab labels the font looks blurry and a bit too bold. Does not happen if the label is not faded out and also not on the "old" Firefox with Ellipsis (...)

Only on Windows not Linux. Only with the Dark Theme, not with the Default Theme.

The easiest to reproduce is:

1. Enable Dark Theme on FDE or Nightly
2. Go to page with a short label, e.g. Google or just "New Tab" 
3. Change the width of the browser window forth and back so that the label switches between fully visible and faded out
