Main tracking bug for all privacy & security issues related the a new theming API that will become part of Firefox.

mass move of existing themes bugs to new WebExtensions: Themes component

Closing this tracking bug now because no bugs were filed against in over a year since it was filed. If bugs arise they can just stay in the component now that we have our own component for this work.
