We'd like to have a training program to get new analysts quickly up to speed. I believe part of the goal is to create a "certification" which would verify new analyses were trustworthy / verified.
This is a tracking bug for that effort.

Moving this to P3. Most of the work for the training in this quarter will be writing the "Getting Started" documentation. We'll see more progress on this bug next quarter.
