Ah, my apologies, I misunderstood the problem here - I assumed you could not edit any pages but specifically wished to edit the one named above.

Looking at https://wiki.mozilla.org/IT/Maintenance it seems to have been locked-down (flagged as 'protected') back in August 2012. Only Administrators can remove protection or edit this page currently. Unfortunately, even though I am a 'module peer' for the wiki I am still awaiting the issue of my superhero cape, cowl, and utility belt ;-)

The person who locked-down the page, and the two people who have edited it subsequently, had their superhero privileges revoked back in October 2014.

I have requested the appropriate permissions to unprotect this page ref bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1235770

this bug is now resolved - fixed.
