smtp port settings cannot be changed

Details
Either when adding a new or editing an exitsting smtp server there is no place
for which to specify the port. Without that feature one cannot use certain smtp
servers.
Dup of bug 52330? (fixed on March. 17th.)
Reporter: Please always include build ID in bug-reports..

Always add the build ID in a bug report !
This should be a dupe of bug 52330. Please reopen if you see this with a recent
build.
