Details

In Bug 1322738 the searchbar was specified to be 40px below the top of the page and the tiles were to be 90px below the searchbar. See, https://bug1322738.bmoattachments.org/attachment.cgi?id=8818725

This didn't happen in Bug 1322738 but it's required for the design in Bug 1332774 so we should make this change now.
