- How many users clicked “Open Preferences”?
- How many users clicked “X” to dismiss the notification bar?
- How many users clicked “Learn More”?
- Time period started from the notification bar presented till the users take an action (open preferences / dismiss / learn more)

When a notification bar is presented (< 5G): 
- How many users clicked “OK, Got It”?
- How many users clicked “X” to dismiss the notification bar?
- How many users clicked “Learn More”?
- Time period started from the notification bar presented till the users take an action (ok got it / dismiss / learn more)
