Steps to reproduce:

Fennec Nightly 09Feb2017, but I've noticed this bug for at least 6 months.

Make sure Full Screen Browsing and Always Enable Zoom are enabled.

Go to a web page, zoom in such that page can be scrolled horizontally.  Helps if you're zoomed in a lot.  Start scrolling diagonally such that the dynamic toolbar is animating.


Actual results:

Lots of "jumpy" scrolling.  Most apparent, the page will only scroll vertically not horizontally while the dynamic toolbar animation is in progress.  As soon as the toolbar stops animating (i.e. it is static, doesn't have to be fully displayed or hidden either), page "jumps" to where viewport would be had the page been scrolled diagonally as expected.


Expected results:

Page should simply scroll diagonally while the dynamic toolbar is animating.
