Details
Someone mentioned in the nightly channel that Fennec hadn't updated for them since the 9th, and I noticed in the ftp directory that there doesn't seem to be any builds listed since the 9th.

I did receive an update for today, Feb 13th (before the regular time).
I will not close it maybe we get an answer why they were blocked for a few days.

Look as if this was due to Bug 1338933.
