Steps to reproduce:

Open netcombo.com.br - the website of the most popular Brazilian ISP
Type in "São Paulo"
Click on "Não sou cliente Net" or "Já sou cliente Net"


Actual results:

Nothing happens, because the Firefox tracking protection blocks navdmp.com and tag.navdmp.com .


Expected results:

Those domains should be whitelisted on netcombo.com.br

Tested on 58.0a1 with TP enabled. Buttons continue to be blocked on this domain.

I think the issue is not reproducible anymore.
Tested on Windows 10 and Nightly 63, with Strict Tracking Protection ON, but I couldn't find any buttons that don't work.

Also, there are only resources related to www.googletagmanager.com that are being blocked.
