1339746 - Show username next to email addresses for flag (needinfo, request etc.) changes

When I read comments where people add a needinfo flag to someone else, it is sometimes hard to make a connection between the email address and the user name.

It's trickier when the comment itself doesn't mention to which person a flag is being addressed.

Example:
> I don't work on this. Redirecting
> needinfo?([e-mail])

It would be great if the user interface could show the name associated with that email address. Adding it into a title attribute (for mouse hover effects) would be enough for me.

Good idea but will take some refactoring of how activity is done in the code so not a trivial change at the moment. We will try to take a look at this soon.
