STR:

* Run `./mach talos-test --suite=g2`
  * (The g2 suite includes `damp` and `tps` test, you may want to edit `testing/talos/talos.json` to diable `damp` temporarly)

Expected:
* tps runs successfully

Actual:
* The suite starts, a window loads a single tab `about:switchtab#auto`, the other window loads a few tabs from the tp5n suite (but the tab title is blank)
* The test hangs for ~10 sec then it fails with "Could not find report in browser output"
