The chrome-only getAutocompleteInfo from <input> should also be exposed on <textarea> after bug 1020698.
Marking as P5 since this isn't currently needed for the Form Autofill MVP but will be wanted later. https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Features/Form_Autofill#Platform_Dependencies
