1340749 - Add "trs" to Fennec all-locales for single-locale builds

Let's add Triqui (trs) locale to all-locales to start Fennec single-locale builds in aurora and add Fennec to trs team's dashboard.

Please note that no release notes are needed as we only do those for new locales on multi-locale builds.

While the patch is technically valid, please don't request to land until

1. There's content in the repository (you need to contact Pootle's tech team to get an export)

2. Project is visible on the dashboard. 

I would add 2b: there are no errors for Fennec that could break the build (there will be…).

Yes on the repository part. Dashboard will only show once we have trs in all-locales, which also means single-locale builds.

Argh, good point. Let's fix the repo then, and we'll deal with errors once this lands.
