I noticed today that I get some slight tearing when scrolling twitter.com.  It happens vertically which the tweets themselves.  Its pretty minor, but noticeable when you are scrolling up and down repeatedly with the arrow keys.

In addition to the info below, I have the windows 10 "change the size of text, apps, and other items" set to 225% on this 4k monitor.

Still there if you force the Intel card instead of Nvidia?  I'm assuming it's a "pure diagonal" type of tearing.

How do I force Intel?

Not sure what kind of computer you have, but I'd look for NVIDIA Control Panel (often just a right click on desktop), then Manage 3D Settings -> Program Settings, find firefox.exe under "Select a program to customize", and choose "Integrated graphics" under the "Select the preferred graphics processor for this program".
Restart Firefox.  Graphics section of about:support, at least on Nightly, should now show Intel as GPU#1 and Nvidia as GPU#2.

I get the tearing on Dell XPS when forcing the Nvidia card; we need somebody from Nvidia to ask us the questions to help them figure this out.
