Just noticed whilst downloading the latest nightly - the download manager shows
a different 'time remaining' than the 'downloading' dialogue box.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a file!
2. Compare times in Download Manager vs. the downloading dialogue box


Actual Results:  Here are a few examples from while I've been downloading
(10543K), in case anyone can spot the pattern...
Amount downloaded (K): 8955   8557   7966   7156   6598
Download manager:      11:19  14:14  18:37  24:48  29:09
Dialogue box:          11:29  14:22  18:39  26:58  31:25

Expected Results:  Times should be identical.

Times seem to have suddenly converged around 7966K. I wonder if this is anything
to do with the fact that I've been browsing with the download in the background
for the early part of the download, but have stopped to write this bug report so
the download now has my entire bandwidth to itself.

I have a 56K modem, currently connected at 44.0kbps, in case it's relevent.

It doesn't show the same "Speed" or "Transfered" either.

Dennis, you're thinking bug 132101, which was checked in on the 25th.  Hence 
this is a different bug...

When the speed of download changes the amount "Transferred" varies and the
%downloaded progress bar jumps around when it shouldn't.
