As noted in the PR, I'm going to submit the draft as is. I probably will not have a chance to revise until November and the current iteration should add some value for now. We need to do the following to get this document finalized: * Consider adding Code Review as an additional level of review * Fill out the table of data reviewers * Consider adding a table of methodological reviewers for different types of analyses See the PR discussion for details: https://github.com/mozilla/firefox-data-docs/pull/17/files
