Martin, in SFO you mentioned some interest in working on this document. Is that still the case? If so, comments are welcome here [1]. That PR has aged a bit, so feel free to discard that draft and start over if you'd like.

As noted in the PR, I'm going to submit the draft as is. I probably will not have a chance to revise until November and the current iteration should add some value for now.

We need to do the following to get this document finalized:
* Consider adding Code Review as an additional level of review
* Fill out the table of data reviewers
* Consider adding a table of methodological reviewers for different types of analyses
