This document should cover the different platforms for collecting experimental data, for example testpilot and shield. The document[s] should include: * an overview of why to choose one tool over the other * an overview of how to create an experiment * instructions on viewing resulting data * pointers to where to go for more information

Whoo, I haven't seen this bug for a while. A lot's changed since I filed this bug so I'm not sure it's still relevant. This documentation may have been written? We've seen a lot of improvement in the tooling since I last worked on it. The best place to ask would probably be #ask-experimenter in slack.
