Next week we are enabling mozilla-esr52 and need TC to serve this branch.

Just some notes I'll dump here: 1. mozilla-taskcluster's config will need to be updated with roles for esr52 [1] 2. mozilla-taskcluster needs to become aware of the treeherder project (run the respository importer) 3. Role needs to be created for esr 52 [1] https://github.com/taskcluster/mozilla-taskcluster/blob/master/src/config/default.yml#L216
Created the role for esr52 that mimic the conventions used in the role for esr45: https://tools.taskcluster.net/auth/roles/#repo:hg.mozilla.org%252freleases%252fmozilla-esr52:*

TC automation has been enabled for esr52 and jobs were scheduled on the latest push. Follow up bug will be filed by Ryan to disable unnecessary jobs.
