In Lightbeam the extension will need to be able to see tracking annotations within the details about the request onHeadersReceived [1]. This bug is to consider adding this to web extensions webRequest apis from the current annotations Firefox has in 'Passive' mode [2]. The details object would have another key of something like "knownTracker".
