9 strings landed in bug 1341957, 7 of them were changes to existing strings. That's not the correct process to change strings existing in the tree https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Localization/Localization_content_best_practices#Changing_existing_strings You need to update the string ID for these strings in order to update existing translations.
Can we remove the strings from localization? They're only useful for troubleshooting by the graphics team, really. I have actually found localization of the labels here to be a hindrance to understanding users' about:support submissions in the past.

The problem is that about:support is localized, so dropping these strings would mix English and localization. I would prefer to keep them available for localization. As for the confusion, I can totally see how that might happen, but it can also be worked around using the raw data.
