[Affected versions]:
Firefox 54.0a1 (2017-02-23)
Firefox 53.0a2 (2017-02-24)

[Affected platforms]:
Windows 10 64-bit
Ubuntu 16.04 32-bit
Mac Os X 10.12.1

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox with clean profile.
2.Create extensions.webextPermissionPrompts and set it to true.
3.Restart the browser.
4.Install the following webextension: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/chan-imageboard-video-fps/?src=cb-dl-created#id=787916.

[Expected Results]:
The default puzzle icon is displayed in installation doorhangers/add-ons manager for those webextensions that have no pictures archived even the path is specified in manifest.json.

[Actual Results]:
There is no icon displayed in:
 - Installation pop-ups: https://www.screencast.com/t/jo0vE6Et0RAo , https://www.screencast.com/t/tSfhu2oq59In
 - Add-ons Manager: https://www.screencast.com/t/e2eie4QOUW0Y
To clarify, this is about the case where a webextension manifest specifies an icon, but the referenced icon is not actually present in the xpi file. I'm not sure how feasible this will be to address.
Summary: No icon displayed for a webextension when the picture misses from the archive → No icon displayed for a webextension if the manifest references a nonexistent image
