1. open multiple windows
2. open the attached testcase.
3. bring focus on the textbox and type something.
4. the cursor remaining on the textbox, maximize someother open wiindow
5. then go back to the testcase window.
----actual----
the textbox onblur event calls an alert box multiple times.
----expected----
the event should trigger n alert box just once.
