Meta bug for work necessary to make Pocket open source.
Alias: open-pocket
Keywords: meta
I will just leave this here for people who see this meta bug and think there was no progress on the issue https://github.com/Pocket
Thanks - We can probably close this! In context, it was meant to be helpful during some meeting or another. But then it wasn't used to track the actual work, which was happening on github.

Out of curiosity, which repo contains the server-side code used behind api.getpocket.com? Thanks!

Hi there. Pocket is working to open source their code base. They will be publishing on Github here: https://github.com/Pocket. The API/server-side code has not been open sourced yet. So I'd say, keep watching the github repo.

Can the Pocket team create a Project board on GitHub¹² so that we can link to it from the URL³ or See Also⁴ field? 1 https://github.com/orgs/Pocket/projects 2 https://help.github.com/articles/about-project-boards/ 3 https://wiki.mozilla.org/BMO/UserGuide/BugFields#bug_file_loc 4 https://wiki.mozilla.org/BMO/UserGuide/BugFields#see_also

Probably best to ask that on the github repo since that's where the team is working, not this bug.

It's been several years now. I don't see a project for server-side code on GH. Am I missing something?
