The list for v6.x can be found here:

We should update the v7.x list of shipping locales once we reach the l10n deadline.

l10n deadline: March 3rd

I'll update the final list on l10n deadline day - in the meantime here's the current status:

Locales shipping in v6.x but currently incomplete:
ast, bg, bn-BD, br, ca, da, dsb, en-GB, eo, es-MX, eu, ga-IE, gd, hsb, id, is, ja, kab, kk, km, ko, lo, lt, lv, nb-NO, ne-NP, nn-NO, pl, pt-PT, rm, ro, ses, sl, te, th, tl, uz, zh-TW

I will update this bug with final locale list on l10n deadline (March 3rd)

Update: deadline for l10n is now March 20th

Note to myself: we will have to remove fy-NL with this update as it was included in the past but it is currently not supported by iOS
