Details

If Mozilla is already running, and I double-click Mozilla's desktop shortcut, the address bar in the resulting new Mozilla window cannot be edited. Taking certain actions, such as opening yet another new window with CTRL+N, seems to un-freeze the address bar spawned by the double-click. I have noticed this behavior in several earlier versions while running on Win98.
