134383 - Padlock in tabbed browsing closed on all tabs if at least on tab is secure

If I enter a secure site using tabbed browsing the little padlock in the lower
right corner of the browser window is closed even when insecure tabs are
selected. It should only be closed when the secure tab is selected.
Reproduce this by going to a secure site in one tab and opening another tab with
insecure content. The padlock is closed in both tabs.
