1343839 - Remove obsolete chrome://global/locale/headsUpDisplay.properties file

Most of the content of this file was moved to devtools/client/locales/en-US/webconsole.properties in bug 687851, but 2 strings were left in the original chrome://global/locale/headsUpDisplay.properties file because they were also used on mobile/ (see bug 687851 comment 12 through 15).

mobile/ forked these strings to http://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/31b6089ce26fa76459642765115605d50a6c67b4/mobile/android/locales/en-US/chrome/browser.properties#310 in bug 706351.

I think we can just remove the leftover headsUpDisplay.properties file.
