"Translate all resources" button is missing on project page after redesign

Details

Before redesign of project page, there was a button to translate all resources. Now I have to first select a file, and then switch to all resources view from header.
It's true, but in the localization dashboard you can now click on items in the progress chart legend, located in the heading: https://pontoon.mozilla.org/cs/amo/ So you can even filter "All resources" by translation statuses if you want, and for example directly jump to Missing strings.
