Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:51.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/51.0 Build ID: 20170201180315 Steps to reproduce: 1. share your TB profile between Windows/Linux 2. boot under Linux 3. TB reports Calendar with a incompatible version, reinstall the xpi 4. it works 5. boot under Windows 6. TB reports Calendar with a incompatible version, reinstall the xpi 7. it works 8. if I boot back to Linux, I have to reinstall the xpi again Actual results: If I boot back to Linux, I have to reinstall the xpi again Expected results: xpi reinstall should not be required. It is possible to install multiple version of the calendar add-ons on different folders thus preventing overwrite of specific OS manifest files ? or is possible to build a multi OS version of the add-on ?
This is currently the expected behavior because Lightning contains binary components that are platform depended.
