In bug 1320458 we've added a rule to allow log files being written by child processes. It would be good to adopt this for the dynamic logging in about:networking. Bug 1320458 counts with the env vars being set (most common way to start logging) but about:networking creates the path dynamically, so rules have to be added (and probably also removed) at runtime.
