Details

I can see requiring a select box to have at least 40 items before becoming searchable as a good default, but I'd like to turn it down to a smaller number, personally. Is there some reason not to make it a preference?

We can do a pref, we wanted to get something simple landed first. This will be easy to turn in to a pref.
