Cannot use a user defined secure SMTP port

Details
In Mozilla 0.9.9 i cannot configure a non-standard secure SMTP port. For example
if my outgoing smtp host is xyz.foo.com, i cannot change the port by using SMTP
server as xyz.foo.com:1234.
resolving as dup of bug 52330, fixed March 17th.
