1345406 - Update CSSOM pages

While investigating https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=851892, it struck me that the CSSOM interface pages could do with updating at some point. There are member pages missing, examples missing, probably updates to include, etc.

So this is my bug to record this ;-)
