in Mozilla 0.9.9, i've had problems with Adobe's Acrobat Reader plugin causing
all functionality that is not OS-related to abort.

menu options do not open dialog boxes, toggling between browser windows is no
longer possible for Cmd key options in the Tasks menu (e.g., Cmd-1 to toggle
browser windows; Cmd-2 to launch Mail/News).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch Mozilla
2. visit http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040.pdf
3. Adobe Acrobat Reader will launch (if it isn't already running).
4. File->Save Page As

Actual Results: nothing happens

Expected Results: a Save File dialog box should open.

as far as 1.0 goes, i think this is a major bug. Acrobat Reader is one of the
most extensively used browser plugins available. if you can't save PDFs to disk
using Mozilla, it creates a severe problem for anyone needing to print because
File-Print fails in the above scenario, as well.
works for me ! Using build id 2002033109 under Windows XP, and acrobat 5.0.5 plugin.
yeah, i think this may be a Mac-only bug. my version of Acrobat Reader and the
associated web plugin are 5.00, btw.
i just upgraded Acrobat to 5.05 and still encounter the problem. i tried a
reload on the page and got File->Save Page As... to work once, but after i
canceled out of the dialog box, Mozilla was unresponsive again.
