1345824 - misaligned history tab

Steps to reproduce:

1) go to home page of Firefox browser (with no other tab opened, tab count=1)
2) tap on history tab.
3) tab on the count of tabs opened.(on right of search bar)
4) by default it opens with highlighted "synced tab", tap on "+" icon.
5) repeat step 2 then step 3.
6) remove the second tab page highlighted under "synced tab".
7) tap on the tab remaining (only 1 tab remaining)


Actual results:

shows "history" tab opened but highlight of tab shows between "Bookmarks" and "History". Please refer the screenshot attached. 


Expected results:

if showing history results then it should show only History tab highlighted.

I was able to reproduce this with Motorola Nexus 6 (Android 7.0) on all branches. Thanks for report!
