found via topsite tests with bughunter and reproduced on latest stylo debug tinderbox build

Steps to reproduce:
-> Load http://www.gabfirethemes.com
--> Assertion failure
Note that this may be the same issue as bug 1346170.
Priority: -- → P3
Neither the site in comment 0 nor the site in 1346170 crashes.
Tomcat, could you please take a time to confirm it?

I did try today's mozilla-central.
