1346150 - Dashboard order from earliest deadline first

The current ordering by deadline orders from the furthest deadline to the earliest and the project without deadline are at the end of the list.

I would prefer order from the earliest deadline to the furthest and then put the projects without deadline at the end of the list. The reason for that is you should see first the project with the nearest deadline first. If possible, make this behavior on the first click on the deadline column header, not second.

I looked into this issue and I'd like to ask if that behavior: http://imgur.com/a/X6RyP would be okay you? First click would start with deadlines in ascending order.

There's a slight regression here.

On a second click, we should invert the order. Instead, we only invert the order of projects that have a deadline assigned. Projects without a deadline are always at the end of the list.
