The AWS status dashboard (https://status.aws.amazon.com/) links to "Personal Health Dashboard", which is supposed to give more specific status, for the resources on your account. However trying to access: https://phd.aws.amazon.com/phd/home#/dashboard/open-issues ...shows me: "400: User: arn:aws:iam::699292812394:user/emorley is not authorized to perform: health:DescribeEvents" I was hoping to see if anything appeared there in connection with the recent stage (and today prod) RDS failovers. Kendall, could you add the permission? :-) The various permission names are here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/list_health.html
