This isn't a crash. I don't know exactly which annotations we're missing, but this is almost certainly a hang report. (the EXCEPTION_BREAKPOINT reason is a signal that we're taking this minidump from another process; if you look at all the threads you see we don't have a breakpad thread active in this minidump.
