when you scroll the page the image is not displayed right
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to URL
2.scroll the page down then up
3.look at the penguin
Actual Results: I'll attach a screenshot
Expected Results: No visual glitches. Display the image correctly.
The image is displayed OK when tou switch windows (alt+tab) then go back
to the browser window. It appears dependent on scrolling.
