Details

The current min-width and max-width for sidebar seems to be default? Sidebar should be able to set its own min-width, max-width, and even the default width, the current width (from JS), so as to meet its needs and design.

Because this affects main window ui and can cause janky behavior between multiple addons, we wont be doing this.
