1346793 - Streamline process for assigning a bug to yourself

Right now, when you are viewing a bug in the new default UI, there is a "take" button next to the bug assignee. When you click on the button, it puts your email into the assignee field, so that if you hit "save changes" the bug is assigned to you. However, after you click on the "Take" button, the "take" button is still sitting there, now useless. Instead, it would be great if that "take" button turned into a "save" button, so that you don't have to scroll around looking for the "save changes" button. Instead you just click on the "take" once to put your email there, and then click on the same button again to confirm.
