Details
Build: Beta 53.0b1 (2017-03-13);
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install the locale builds for the following languages: hy-AM, ff, as, ta, or, ml, mai, kn, gu-IN, bn-IN, hi-IN, ca.
2. Open an article from wikipedia.org (or any site).
3. Check if the estimated reading time string is translated (e.g. the "1-2 minutes" string under the title).
Expected result:
The reading time should be translated in all available locale builds.
Actual result:
Reading time estimation not translated.

This really should be a separate bug for each locale. We should check with the l10n team before doing that though. Some secondary UI is not a priority for translation.

The reality is that not all locales ship a complete localization, and they might complete their work at different times.
Some of the locales you listed haven't seen activity in a while, and might be dropped at some point if they don't restart. Filing individual bugs is not going to get you traction either.
P.S. definitely wrong component.
