User Story

As a user of the text editor window, I want to have buttons to insert the following formatting features in the Rich Text view:

- "button" formatting

- "menu option" formatting

- (please edit this User Story to add more)

Thanks to this, I can avoid having to use the HTML view and learning the additional parameters required - and format the text in a way that's helpful for the readers to identify the context of the information easily.
RTF editor doesn't seem to allow the insert of special tags like <div class="for" data-for="linux"> and they are only visible in the HTML editor. We need the capability to insert special tags like FOR, buttons, keys, menu, preferences, and the like even with RTF editor. See discussion https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Knowledge-Base-L10n-Discussions/How-to-insert-buttons-keys-for-s-etc/m-p/1375623 Thanks.

The new platform gives us the opportunity to rethink the styling for menu options, buttons and other choices. Let's take a look at other sites first and see if buttons are still the best option.
