Need a w.m.o faq page to be linked as a banner introducing the Elastic Search changes.

It should describe what is better and what will change.

A couple of those sections I'm going to need you to outline what the new and different will be. Also if there's a 'hints' or 'power users' section you think we should add.

I think this can be closed as incomplete since we're no longer going with Elasticsearch, yes?
