this appears to have spiked on April 14th and we haven't seen it all weekend.  As this is TC specific for builders adding in TC folks so they are aware this happened and can help keep an eye on this in the future

This came up again yesterday with lots of failures. All for Windows 2012. Has there something changed on the workers which would explain that? Rob, do you know?
