134816 - Extend tabbed browsing operations to "personal toolbar"

When tabbed browsing is enabled, you can use rightclick>Open in New Tab or
middleclick to open a new tab. These method do not however work when using the
personal toolbar, in which middleclick has no effect, and rightclick-menu does
not  present a choice to open the link in a new tab (only in a new window).

So the request is to extend the same concepts as with normal browsing ("Open in
New Tab" with rightclick-menu, and also on middleclick if it is enabled in the
preferences) to the personal toolbar links.

Dupe of 103834? Middle-click is mentioned in comment #2 and #6 of that bug, but
bug summary don't.
